Is it possible to use the curved end scallops of the 9104 curved box valance with the scallops and Sheffield horns of the sheffield valance? Client saw a photo online and it appears to me this would be a way to give her what she wants. One valance will have 1 scallop in the center, 2 horns and 2 curved end scallops and the other valance will have 3 scallops, 4 horns and 2 curved-end scallops. All scallop widths will be 18"w.

The 9104 pattern is not separated for the pleats. You would have to determine where to cut the pattern to separate them. Other than that, I see no reason you can't do as you describe.
