i am making the medallion swag for a breakfast nook consisting of two windows. One swag will need to be 64" and the other 46". I have the patterns, but the largest one only goes to 54". I'm railroading the fabric. Can I adjust the pattern by moving the fold line 5" from the fold? Will any other adjustments need to be made?

We take each swag pattern as far as we can in its size range. Beyond that the pattern has to change at top and bottom differently, even the curve shape at the bottom will need to change somewhat. You can do as you say, test it. You will find the top will be too wide, the bottom will hang short. We have a chapter in our manual (point to point swags) that teaches you how to create a medallion swag pattern. That chapter can be ordered separately also, order #4013.

I don't have that chapter.... no wonder I couldn't find it. Guess I'll be ordering it today. Thanks for your help.
