Good afternoon. I am making the curved box pleat and I am a little confused as to how and where the valance gets attached to the board. Can I use firma flex? Thanks

I see no reason you can't use firma flex. Page 7, Steps 7 describes sewing loop tape to the valance. Page 8, Step 4 describes attaching the valance to the cornice board.
