Hi, I'm making a victory swag, but the poles are currently already installed at the clients house. For ease of installation, is there any reason I can't sew the tops of the horns to where they need to meet the swags, fish the pole through on site, and secure the horns to the back of the metal pole with double sided tape? Will it hang right? I'm trying to avoid taking the pole down and measuring out each spot to put velcro on the pole to attach horns and swags on site. Thanks!

Yes, but make sure the horn overlaps the back of the swag appropriately to fit your pole size. You might make a test fit in your workroom with a sample of the pole size.
